PREFACE

Mind is a great component of man; it coordinates virtually every part of the body. Scientists define mind as a living organism. From birth the mind of a baby is “tabular rasa”. Meaning the mind of the child is empty at the point of birth. During developmental stages however, individual begins to acquire information necessary for survival.

            
This information may either be the one which may bring life or death to such person.“My people perish for lack of knowledge”. Hosea 4:6 “Mind however likened to the parachute, it works best when it is open”. Opening of mind could be explained as acquisition of knowledge. 

The more you know the more you get. A lot of people still operate in the primitive life because they refuse to grow from childhood, which is the “Primitive stage of Growth”. People like to pray and fast for several days In the week but remain unchanged. Why? They refuse to identify and work on the mind. 

Therefore their mind suffers malnutrition and normal growth is delayed. Instead of producing fruit, they suffer in frustration and guilt which leads to poor spiritual growth. Less wonder why such people achieve little or no success in life.

 Are you depressed, hurting, frustrated, confused? Then feed yourself with every bit of this booklet. Individual task is to remove every barrier which can hinder healthy mind. “Get good advice and you will be successful”. Proverb 20: 18 the content of this booklet are personal experience of Great people. What you become is the product of your mind. “The way a man reasons so he becomes”. How would you think right when you don’t digest this information! The book f psalms, chapter one says “blessed is the man who d not follow evil men’s advice” who do not hang around with scoffing at right things, But they delight in doing everything God want them to do, meditating day and night on is laws and thinking about ways to follow him more closely in other words, blessed is the man who digest right information. They are like the trees planted by the rivers of water bearing fruit at without fail. Psalm119:9 also says “How can a young man stay pure? By reading your word and following its rules. I store your word in my heart so that they would hold me back from evil”

Digest right information, stay in the right environment and eat good food, drink fresh water (fellowship with the right company) breath healthy air (acquire right information) finally, maintain a healthy life.
