HOW MUCH DO YOU KNOW ABOUT YOUR BIBLE?

I decided to write these few lines of mine out to educate some Christians who are yet to understand the use of their bible. It is sad sometimes when you see a Christian ashamed to carry or use the bible when they are in the Public or turn a bible to a pillow. Please read the experience of some people concerning the Holy Bible and apply them to your daily life. I see you anew like a new brand day. Enjoy
If I may start by looking at some definition of the Bible;
BIBLE
I simply defined it as life of God, Power of God, and Sword of the spirit and the breath of the (saints) Christians.
A young Christian packing his bag for a journey said to a friend, "I have nearly finished packing. All I have to put in are a guidebook, a lamp, a mirror, a microscope, a telescope, a volume of fine poetry, a few biographies, a package of old letters, a book of songs, a sword, a hammer, and a set of tools." "But you cannot put all that into your bag," objected the friend. "Oh, yes," said the Christian. "Here it is." And he placed his Bible in the corner of the suitcase and closed the lid. -Anonymous

And finally, I say the Bible is the most relevant book in the whole wide world. Use it as a practical book and it will make you laugh`.

NEVER TAKE THE ALTERNATIVE

Alternative is a dangerous option when you are not too sure of what to do. Many People had made a mistake that cost them their entire future by making option of alternative.
Let us see some People in the Scripture whom their destiny has been changed by taken alternative; foremost in the list is Adam and Eve in the book of Genesis, do you remember the super story of Do not eat the fruit? Secondly, the story of the Old and young Prophet in the book of 1King 13, the story of Saul, Lot even Moses and lot more.

It is so interesting to know that impatience often make People to take alternative. Let us see the story of one big man in the scripture.2king5:10-15
Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall come again to you, and you shall be clean.
11 But Naaman was angry, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of Yahweh his God, and wave his hand over the place, and recover the leper.
12 Aren't Abanah and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? May I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage. River Abanah and Pharpar were alternative to River Jordan.
13 His servants came near, and spoke to him, and said, my father, if the prophet had bid you do some great thing, wouldn't you have done it? How much rather then, when he says to you, Wash, and be clean?
14 Then went him down, and dipped [himself] seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh came again like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.

The Power of Planning
Consider these few thoughts about thoughts. A thought is a silent word. Therefore, a word is an exposed thought. Everything in life starts in the form of a thought. Imagination is when a thought becomes a plan. Therefore, imagination is a plan that is not documented. If you want to be successful in life, take your ideas, turn them into imaginations, and then take the imagination and duplicate it physically. The physical document becomes a plan of action.
Many people never get beyond the idea stage. Those are the people that are usually followers. Next there are people who get to the imagination stage. They usually talk a lot but do nothing. Those people are called dreamers. However, when a man or woman takes their imagination and puts it on paper, you are looking at a visionary who is becoming a missionary. If you see things in your mind, you are a visionary. Unfortunately, there are a lot of visionaries in the graveyard. They had great visions, but their vision never became a mission. When a visionary becomes a missionary, you have a man or woman who is going to change the world.
Consider now the Divine thoughts on thoughts. In the Book of Ephesians, God’s thoughts about thoughts and imagination are revealed. It states, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Eph 3:20). Evidently, God wants us to become people who have plans. He says to use your imagination, but imaginations are plans that are undocumented. When you can document an imagination, you have developed a plan of action for your life. I can guarantee that people who are confused, bored, or disillusioned probably do not have a piece of paper in their life with their plan on it for the next five years. If you do not have anything to look at, you begin reminiscing. If there is no goal in front of you, you check the hazardous holes behind you. If there is no vision in front of you to pull you, you will be dragged back to a past with which you are familiar.
If you do not have a clear plan for your life on paper, you are going to be a confused, misguided person. For this reason, the Scripture says so clearly in Proverbs 16:1, “To man belong the plans of the heart, but from the LORD comes the reply of the tongue.” The author goes on to say, “In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps” (Prov 16:9).
As God commanded Moses, document your plan. When you have it all down on paper, if you get confused, you have something to which you can refer. I admonish you to stop, plot your course, and set it for as far as you can imagine. Do not worry about how it is going to get done. God said that if you make the plan, He would give the answer as to how it will be accomplished (Prov 16:1) Don’t forget you are created great, think big.

The book of 2 cor. 6:16 says, for you are God’s house and the spirit of GOD dwells in you. The definition of a house could be described as an abode; it could be in difference sizes and shapes .Abode however is distinguished by what lives in it! For example, a Lion lives in a den, birds in the nest while a man lives in the house. It could be embarrassing sometimes to see a pig living in a well Capet room, just as it is embarrassing to see a man living in a dirty environment .A dirty house is likely to be smelling and not fit for relaxation.
The book of 2cor6:17 say, Leave them, separate yourself from them, don’t touch their filthy things and I will receive and welcome you. In the book of Timothy we were taught equally that anyone who separated himself to be clean will be use for special duties. Take for example in the house, there are several cooking and serving intensles e.g. frying pot, cooking pot, jug, glass cup and so on. But it is interesting to note that water jug is not for cooking and frying pan is not proper for serving food. In fact we cherished some intensles most especially the most expensive one. I wish my illustrations make a sense to you in Jesus name.
On this basis it means that God himself is interested in cleanliness. Purify yourself all who carry home the vessel of the Lord. Cleanliness is a symbol of holiness. You are holy people of God you know, therefore get ridge of malice, lies, lust, bitterness, malice, wickedness, hatred evil thought and everything that could make your God’s house becomes dirty spiritually and physically. It is interesting when brothers finds it difficult to forgive one another, Pastor and the members, husband to wife and vice- visa, boss and the workers. If only we can remember that we also have the heavenly father who forgives us according to the measures of forgiveness we give out to our neigbor. The book of first Peter state it clearly most especially chapter 3 verse 3 and 4 that our beauty should be majorly an inward beauty and that God cherished the cleanliness of our heart to a regalia outfits.
What do you do with your mind? Evil imaginations! Less wonder a lot of people were trapped in a serious sickness and disease such as heart attack, hypertension, and headache to mention but few. Arise and shine, wash yourself in ever flowing blood of Jesus. This is the time of mercy; sure he can deliver you from that dirty house, just get out of it. Wait a minute, if you are expecting an August visitor I know you will first sweep the house, and make the surrounding clean. Make a right decision today, this is the month of your divine victory, you will receive an August visitation (unusual blessing) your night is over Halleluiah. Love you, and stay blessed.

TOPIC: DIVINE RECOVERY
The month of September was declared by the Holy Spirit the month of divine recovery, wow it doesn’t matter what the situation of things on ground it is already divinely arranged that you must recover. Well for some of our readers the word recovery might seems so familiar that we may tend to overlook the core meaning in this contest. According to Merriam wester’s dictionary state “recovery” and I quote “The act, an instance, process especially from depression, and a real or perceived problem”.
I see God stretching His mighty hand and lift you up to the expected end this month. The book of 1 Samuel 6:1-5 the Ark of covenant is making the Philistines had a sleepless night because God had approved the returns of the Ark. Verse 2 of the same chapter, they contact their diviners what shall we do to the property of Israelites we are holding from them? What sort of gift are we sending along when we are returning it? Oh my God what a question. It doesn’t matter the number of years your promotion or your right had been withheld from reaching you, this month you will receive total recovery. Specifically, somebody is reading this page; you had a delay in getting married. I speak against the spirit of deprivation in your life. Before the end of this year,I see you in the club of married people.
For you to enjoy a total recovery this month, you must watch your attitude towards live situation. Are you the praying type or a complainer? Take a bold step to recover all that belongs to you through prayer. The battle of war fare is not physical. It is easier when you do it more in prayer than physical. 1 Samuel; 1: 12-14. A woman seeking for the fruit of the womb needed to pray, as she was doing that, here a temptation to speak a hot word as a result of Prophet’s action. You will not miss your miracle. Eli noticed her mouth moving as she was praying silently and demanded; must you come here drunk? Rather for her to transfer her Aggression she explained herself softly moving the Man of God to intercede for her. Every stumbling block on your way of recovery shall be demolished. Remember, this is the month of divine recovery, pursue you will overtake and recover all .Halleluiah.

TOPIC: DON’T GIVE UP NOW

Thank God for His faithfulness at all time. I tell you if not for the Lord we would have been consumed, but we have so much confidence in the lord because he is never fails to His promises.
The lord says the month of April is the month of our Discovery. Whoa! He that discover must surely recover. I pray you will discover all your hidden treasures this month Amen. You will not fail your generation, every cloud covering your sight to discover your treasure is replaced by the cloud of fire. Can you imagine the same cloud that gives protection and warmness to the children of Israel was the same cloud that caused barrier and destruction for their enemies. I decree by the power of the Holy Ghost any one that is used to stop you to move forward this year must be replace. The bible said the pit they dug , they shall fall in thereof.
In this edition of periodic release you will discover something. I don’t know what is it you need to discover to take you to the next place and it seems you are about to give up. I command that cloud that covers your eyes to clear now, in the Name of Jesus.

The first key can open all doors if use properly, the key of prayer. Hear what the lord says in the book of Proverb 8:34 blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.
35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. {Obtain: Heb. bring forth} Persistence is another wonderful key to you discovery, persistence will help you to sustained searching and prayer take a good example of Samuel in the scripture.
1 Samuel 3:8 says; And Eli saith to Samuel, `Go, lie down, and it hath been, if He doth call unto thee, that thou hast said, Speak, Jehovah, for Thy servant is hearing;' and Samuel goeth and lieth down in his place. And Jehovah cometh, and stationeth Himself, and calleth as time by time, `Samuel, Samuel;' and Samuel saith, `Speak, for Thy servant is hearing.
You cannot afford to give that venture up now, it is about to yield a great harvest. That work receive the power to exploid.That marriage I decree by the power of the Holy Ghost receive the strength anew. Let me tell you God cannot fails you now.Dont give up in prayers, persist in doing good work and keep searching for the truth. And the lord shall reward you with great blessing
Finally, remember you cannot give it up now for the lord is about to do something which people shall see and rejoice, Hallelujah and this will be your song The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the LORD. Amen
I command every wind of paralyses to catch fire in Jesus name, every spiritual armed rubber die by fire. I pray again you will not fail God, you will not fail your generation Amen.Dont give it up now, is your time to shine.
